linny57 Posted May 21, 2013 Report Share Posted May 21, 2013 I noticed quite a few of my torrent where stopped or back to 0% checked, every time my torrents opened, even though some where over 1/4 to over 3/4 downloaded when i switched off PC, which means they started from scratch again, so i did test run in setup guide Using London UK and i keep getting the message :- Connection Failed error :- A request to send a receive data was disallowed because the socket is not connected and (when Sending a data gram socket using a send it call ) No address was...... My out port was Fine.I tried Paris test location and it is working but at a slower speed is this OK, and what is wrong with the London UK test Location.
