Prodigix Posted June 28, 2013 Report Share Posted June 28, 2013 When I open up task manager I see that utorrent is using 2-4mbps off my network, but the highest my download goes is at 300-400kbps. And I'm only downloading ONE thing at a time. Can I temporarly disable my network of everything except utorrent. If not how can I make it to use what's indicated in task manager.
