I find at the end of my billing period, I still have ample bandwidth left in my account, which is lost if I do not use it.Once I have successfully downloaded a program, I usually remove from my list.I wish to know if it is easy to restore this program to my download list as seeding so as to facilitate availability to other members and not waste my available bandwidth. My previous query on this subject indicated it was not practical, or negative to say the least.
