Lamramlam Posted August 12, 2013 Report Share Posted August 12, 2013 Yo guys. I'm new to the uTorrent forum and I really need help with something. When I start downloading a movie or just a random file this happens: It starts, and when you think it will start downloading it stops and it says 'Error: Can not find the path. (WriteToDisk)'I went to YouTube and searched for how to fix it, I got a good answer. I always do this: Right klick the file > Advanced > Download place > pick a place to put the file in > resume the torrent. That works 10/10 times. But I'm really tired of doing this every time i download a movie or a series. Can someone please help me with this 'issue'? It's really going on my nerves haha.. drpepper55 Posted August 12, 2013 Report Share Posted August 12, 2013 Try clicking on your options in upper left of your uTorrent file list page...then pick preferences and you will get another popup window...then pick directories on the left hand column and you'll get a page where it will ask you to enter your preferred download location...navigate to your desired/preferred download location and then do the same for where it asks where to move your finished downloads whether the same or a different location for this, When you click on OK this will save these locations as your preferred download locations and these will remain this way until you change them repeating the above steps to change them...Best to you...
