Downloading and opening my torrents are also fine, but no connection can be established with any peer ? for any torrent ?has somebody the same problems ? toots2boots Posted August 31, 2013 Report Share Posted August 31, 2013 I've just signed with a new isp (Dodo .au),an ADSL2+ connection.Previously had a WBB connect with Club Telco. Since being with Dodo(No shaping-have checked), I can't receive http connections.Logger says "No connection could be made because target machine actively refused it". No problems with UDP at all though. Is this something to do with Proxy stuff. Any ideas or help would be real smack. Hope I'm not wasting your time,cause I'm somewhat new to P2P with this type of connect. :-/ Thanks. Version 3.3.1 O/S Win7-32bit,not sure what else you need.
