jopis
Utorrent been running on my pc for years no issues. Today i have connection issues, when i run the tests the default site is Sydney, Australia which bandwidth fails. Port is open and is successful. When i select any other site (new york / etc, speed is measureable and varying but good. Save and exit, try and d/l and not connecting again, go back to run tests and Sydney is default site / closest and fails. I am in QLD Australia. Have gone through firewall + norton + other advice posted on this site but no go. Help please.
