magnet link not working;utorrent file unable to be saved in ANY folder

I have come across two problems:

1. The first one is Magnet links. When I click on the link, it does not redirect me to the uTorrent program unlike other people's. So I have to use the one with two green arrows pointing down and it doesn't always have that.

2. The problem with the two arrows pointing down, when drag it into the utorrent program, it says "unable o save .torrent file in this folder" FOR ANY OF THE FOLDERS!

Set uTorrent associations in Options -> Preferences -> General and fix the protocol and file associations in whatever browser you use.

The problem with the two arrows pointing down, when drag it into the utorrent program, it says "unable o save .torrent file in this folder" FOR ANY OF THE FOLDERS!

The it is NOT a .torrent metadata file you are trying to load, because drag 'n' drop from a browser only downloads what you have selected NOT the sctual file, unless it is an image and then it downloads the image.
