VadimExler Posted November 13, 2013 Report Share Posted November 13, 2013 OS Windows 7, Utorrent version 3.3.2Please help me: I thought the problem fixes after rebooting the client, but after the speed increased by itself although there is a restriction on the download speed.Edit: In general, when the second of the two downloads was completed, the speed has to comply with the download rules, so maybe this problem was found only at me.
