mhertz Posted January 17, 2014 Report Share Posted January 17, 2014 I can get uploads to work through a socks5 proxy, but I thought that this wasen't possible!Could you please tell me how you're doing this, i.e. are you using tcp-bind for that, or udp-associate or both ?I ask because i've read other devs state that tcp-bind wouldn't work on the bittorrent protocol, but since I can upload through both utp and non-utp(tcp), then that must mean that you guys did make it work I guess?I read an old post here, where someone hinted at the dht feature could be updated to allow incoming connections over socks5 through udp-assoc, so is this what is happening when uploading through utp?Thanks in advance!
