I recall something being said about the RSS webapi being deficient. If you can't find the functionality it may not be exposed or possible to work with. I thought I saw a CLI remote control posted on these forums but I didn't find it in some quick searching.

Personally, when I ran Linux I opted for the Windows client running on Wine so that I could get at all the RSS functionality. That was years ago though.

Yeah... I guess I could opt for that. I do want to stay with Linux as much as possible.

It just seems odd to me that there is no way to do this now, utorrent in Ubuntu seems so polished other than this...

I've just started using uTorrent server on my Ubuntu machine (teaching myself linux by setting up a home server) and am using a personalised feed from ShowRSS which seems to work as you create your own feed from the website to only contain the shows you want.

The next step I haven't figured out yet is how to start the shows downloading soon as they appear on the feed (they did this on the windows version) as I have to start each torrent manually when it appears on the feed.
