Plus+ Not loading after reinstall

I have puchased uT Plus, and after needing to reinstall OS - and uTorrent, I no longer have 'Plus' activated.
Feeling quietly confident, that this will probably be a no-brainer, for the task, but for the life of me, I cannot find the 'login'!!??
