graham_l Posted October 4, 2014 Report Share Posted October 4, 2014 Hi Had a weird thing happen with uTorrent that never used to happen before. I start uTorrent , I add a download torrent to download and it trickles very slowly getting the metadata ( < .5k/s) , in most cases it never gets it. However , if I restart uTorrent , then the torrent download speed jumps to ( 100+ k/s ). Happens EVERY time I add a torrent , regardless of whether uTorrent has been running a while or not. Every time just closing uTorrent and restarting it cures it. To me that rules out any ISP interference etc Anybody else had this , know how they fixed it ?
