hermanm Posted May 12, 2015 Report Share Posted May 12, 2015 Ive noticed this behavior for many builds now. On some torrents, the torrent will not progress. I have to stop the torrent and immediately restart for the transfers to start, especially the downloads. Sometimes it is due to lack of peers, but more often than not... the torrent shows signs of life after the stop and start. I'll go from 1k overall bandwidth usage to 5MB/s in a matter of seconds. Is this a behavior from a limited selection from the pool? Or something else at play. does stopping the torrent actually change the peers you connect immediately afterwards?
