Seeds reduce

Please see my other thread re uTorrent thinking I am running two versions and closing.

 

I usually allow my torrents to seed until the ratio gets to at leasst 100%  Lately I have noticed that the ratio, as well as the uploaded size reduces, instead of increasing.  How is this even possible?

 

I have also had ocassions when I torrent would completely dissappear.

 

I would love to send a screen shot to demonstrate but I just can't seem to get my files to 602 bytes and have it still visible.  There is obviously a trick to it, but I don't know what it is.  I will try this way: https://www.dropbox.com/s/yni1t8s8xdb14ni/Capture2.JPG?dl=0
