Global maximum upload rate which I've filled in at 5 Kbps Alternate upload rate when not downloading 7 Kbps while Global Maximum download rates I've filled as 20 Kbps This is my report from dslreports :- dslreports.com speed test result on 2006-06-22 10:35:17 EST: 183 / 52Your download speed : 183 kbps or 22.9 KB/sec.Your upload speed : 52 kbps or 6.5 KB/sec. I'm thinking of the 80% upload rates told when downloading & then max when uploading. Any comments/suggestions to the same, thnx in advance.
