File not found during integrity check: webcache.dat

I've been looking at the logs for uTorrent, and I've been noticing that there one file missing, please see below:

 

File not found during integrity check: C:\Users\Jane Doe\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent\webcache.dat
File not found during integrity check: C:\Users\Jane Doe\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent\webcache.dat.new
File not found during integrity check: C:\Users\Jane Doe\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent\webcache.dat.old
 

Has anyone else had this error in their log? What is this file for, and how does it effect uTorrent if it's not present? Any and all comments will be appreciate it.

So what program is doing the integrity check? And have you had problems because it is missing and also what verison are you using?

And is the log from an actual version of utorrent or something older? Because you asked that already in earlier times ...

 

I did a little internet search - could be a problem with IE in older versions, perhaps using Linux with sandboxie and webui?

I myself checked all my backup data (windows only) and didn't find any file with that name (since 2006 ...) - but I normally never use IE.

Actually, I'm using the latest Beta version 3.4.4 Beta Build 40733 and I use Mozilla Firefox as my browser version 40.0. When I launch uTorrent, I look at my log file and it's been asking for those files for a while now. I'm running Windows 7 SP1 32-bit.
