i dont have a d/l limit, but i do have a u/l limit and am running windows vista 32 bit and its working fine for me.

yeh forward your port and tcp or if your like me and use upnp then you dont need to do anything just use default port and utorrent will map it for you in upnp and away you go.

awesome mate, this made me change from azureus to utorrent, so much speed increase.
