tracker status frozen in "updating", seems to be solved, thou it takes up to several minutes to change status (b28146).

lots of torrents are now frozen in tracker->updating status, seems like never changing to offline or running timers... (forced seeding) is it just me?

and speed limiter (per torrent) still broken. (didn`t set global, din`t test with global)

at last!! torrent name search. just to put a switch to replace web search gui with torrent name search... thank you! ps: there`s some speed optimisations as well, aren`t there? and i have a Q: how utorrent tolerates large number of connections? (max allowed 3000?) (reason of the Q - i have a lot FORCED seeding torrents... as i understand they`re supposed to be active all the time, so all of them should have at least 1 connection... or i`m missing something?

isn't that clear ?... a bug?.. or i`m missing something?

b28038 not shure, but for some reason "skip hash check" in "add torrent" dialog checkbox didn`t have any effect... (one of files WAS missing, thou).. also some weird mistake occured on attempt to relocate file - nedded file in same folder, but with another name olready exists -> Error: Failed to relocate file "filename", Cannot create a file when that file already exists. WTF?!

Using the name as the display, the directory name and the original torrent name "name as the display" - torrent name in torrent list in client, you mean? so, original torrent-file name in inherited as follows (as it was) source "file name"/"directory name"->torrent-file name (ability to change during torrent creation?) AND/OR default addition to "save in" path (in "add torrent" dialog) (if there is folder (not a single-file torrent))->default torrent-list name every "default" should be possible to change. (isn`t it the way it works now?) ps: how "Common ways of packaging torrents" is even related to "add torrent" dialog? pps: maybe i`m stupid, but i don`t see any "problems", only new "features", that you inmplemented, that noone needs. lots of angry posts about it, but all you do is "improving" and "adding" even more bugs. sorry, "features". and, yes, promises about bright future, light, uburdened, pure client. to make it even more hilarious, more devs appearing here (every week, i believe), that helps fix minor bugs. is that some kind of a show?

(to set "up" to 0, and "down" to selected files size) coz sometimes torrent updates are minor and ratio goes "wild"...

Did you try backing up your settings.dat file and using an empty one for testing that issue? moved away settings.dat & settings.dat.old (whoa! does it really look like THAT?!) now only chinease text is: C楤o the first "C" is refered to HDD, right? `coz it in the other 2 fields... anyway, reverted back (2 partial downloaded torrents become missing pieces), used Shift+F2+settings and found gibberish(?) under s_url ...ЁзЃґг©івјЇзќ·в№... stitle ...іђлЈђи‹‘л...

thanks rafi. so in preferencies->label->label directory mapping i have chinease text under "directory" in all 3 fields... it doesn`t change, when i choose another folder, and i cant remove it with "-".. it also may have something to do with one of my torrents - part of it`s neme is there... a part of text: 㩃啜敳獲䱜牯⁤敌獫䐠牡浫湩層畍楳

if it was THAT bad, why it existed in the first place? why so much requests to revert to that behavoir? moreover: ..."It didn't make a distinction between setting the path and setting the name of the subfolder"... what does that even mean? why do i NEED to set the name of some subfolder? and even more: if you have some problem with ..."insane hacks for the LRU list of paths"..., why users should be the ones, that have decresing usability? ps: i just DON`T understand, why torrent name in torrent client list MUST be in torrent download path. and even MORE: WHY did you implemented second field ("torrent name", in "add torrent" dialog) if it is a PART of ANOTHER field?! (because it modifies download folder) i mean, how stupid is that?!! i`m afraid to ask: what next? 70 different fields for different letters and characters? i set their destinations ALWAYS by hand. moreover - don`t you remember, how it was in previous versions (before 3.x)?

um.. !NOT A BUG REPORT! it`s kind of "behavoir modificator request"... is it possible to add option to alter "add torrent" fields funtions (maybe a swith in "advanced"?), so that the "name" field wouldn`t be added to torrent download path, but be only it`s name in torrent list? its inconvinient to update torrents, that is in the same folder, the way it is now - info tab, select old version of a torrent, copy adress, past adress in add torrent dialog, cut last part of an adress, past it to (add torrent dialog) name field...

3.3.27893 alpha not really shure, if it`s mine only, but: about 40 torrents went to invalid state, after resuming, they seems to be seeded... (none of them was "forced")

3.3.27841 after several hours (~8) running, upload speed drops (from 7MB to 0.3MB), connections still working (peers able to connect, but speed is too slow, and- no - i didn`t set limits).

3.3.27841 upload speeds are gerat! 9MB, unlike 6 in previous build. lots of connections (many peers now able to connect to me, unlike 2.2... speed ain`t always good, but can`t say if it is my side problems). shutdown time is good, start too. (not a problem, misc) while using internal upgrade, install didn`t wait long ennough for active utorrent process to finish=> installer failed (had to download it and install myself) the Q is: .dat file still growing? when closed utorrent (3d time?), it crashed, popup window asked me if i would like to send crash dump.. where is option to send dump but do not restart app?

minor, already reported (?). 1 select torrent->files tab-> select active torrents ->files tab becomes empty 2 select torrent->files tab-> select active torrents ->files tab becomes empty ->select all torrents-> files tab remains being empty! requires to reselect (select another torrent (in torrent list, than back to needed) to show files again 3 inability to remove preset label directory mappings (?) stopping big messy torrents requires some time (?) and, may i suggest, move all non essential features to addOn`s? i don`t use streaming, devices, transcoding, player, search web. but i REALLY need torrent name search in torrent list.

all of forced seeded torrents became finished (exept partially downloaded - they`re in stopped-downloading state, when i forced started them, they gone to Fseeding state (as they should), but kept theirs numbers (staying at the top of list)) and this is from log: [2012-07-27 21:40:41] RegKey: Could not delete value 2: uTorrent (don`t know if it is of any significance) ps: it really IS working with normal speed, unlike 3.2... what a pain to downgrade to 2.2 again...

"upgraded" to 3.1b26519 lost at least 6 torrents that was forced-downloading. expiriencing complete mess-up in torrents list, coz a lot of STOPPED torrents started. and "add torrent" dialog window STILL dont save it`s position&size... no, thanks, reverting... sorry. my bad. i lost about 40 torrents of different statuses. possible couse: about month ago i tried new 3.1 alpha (RC1?). found nothing intresting, reverted to 3.0. today torrent declared posibility to upgrade to 3.1rc3. as far as i can say, all torrents that was downloaded after downgrading from 3.1rc1, missing.

trouble: when in files tab, selecting files- right click menu - if menu is near or right atop of the file`s tab columns, menu click leads to column`s choice menu to appear. not a big deal, but... also... i`m not shure... but recently some torrents (forced seeding, ALL of them; about 2000 at all, and) 15 gone unregistred by inactivity for 30 days... is it something you done? coz it`s not me...

RC1 (25309) not labels and subLabels, but several labels per torrent? not that it won`t do the thing... "add torrent" dialog window size & position ain`t saving interface is slower (than in 1.x, 2.x) "...same peer id..." trash in log - can`t it be hidden? when relocating files - torrent name is automatically added to path... an option for that? torrent names contain MUCH more info, than a mere folder name - so they ain`t the same... don`t make program to PRETEND to be smart - it should do what it was told to, and nothing else. souldn`t at lest 1 of these columns loose background colour filling? (%, "done" column preferable - to see them clearly) or maybe add a forced seeding\downloading icon set? (and "force sstart" button in control bar)

pause also has troubles. sorting by "save directory" column ain`t working.

i`m very sorry, it must be extremly stupid,but my brain`s just fried out right now, so... standAlone version can`t be launched, while standard version is working? it`s not possible to launch several instances of a program? is there a way to make program use several ports instread of 1, to spread activity to several ports? wouldn`t it be useful, when there are a lot of torrents? and again, my apologies. and, please, excuse my english.

i`m sorry, if it was already reported, but: if file priorities is set, by selecting several files and "pritize by file order" ("use fine grained file priorities" is ON), sometimes ain`t working (prioritization). but if each file`s priority is set manualy, everything works fine...
