No incoming connections

Hello, I got TP-LINK_41633B router. uTorrent doesn't see seeds and very oftet (but not always) shows "no icoming connections". I didn't change any settings in the router but ports are open.

The incoming connections indicator in the status bar is based on what you're currently connected to.

What do you mean? My download speed should be faster but something is wrong and it is not torrent.

If you're on a torrent that is not giving you incoming connections and it's your only torrent, the status bar indicator will show you as not having incoming connections.
