livy Posted May 22, 2016 Report Share Posted May 22, 2016 Hi I've been using bit torrent for years and only having problems the past week and the only thing I've changed is I got a new Internet router would this be a reason. ? Where usely there would be a green tick now is orange and sometimes a red x and downloads are so slow and when I to a test bandwidth used to have dublin Ireland but now the nearest to me is UK London and I'm in Ireland and it also says ports not open which I've never changed or done anything need help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

And did you check with utorrent port setting configuration to see what you need to change? Also if this is a router issue then you need to contact the router support team to resolve this as well.
