I am downloading in uTorrent at about .5 mb/s ... But my network monitor says I am receiving at 2.8 mb/s, even with nothing else running. When open, content in IE/Chrome/FireFox, etc loads really slow. I am running Kaspersky, but I have an exception for uTorrent and the port. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If that isn't from utorrent then it's not utorrent fault. utorrent if not controlled for how much bandwidth it uses will use all available bandwidth that is why you get slowdowns.
