connection problems

I am currently attempting to download 3 files, and am getting error messages on all of them.

The first file is uploading and downloading at above average speed for my cable connection, about 10kb/sec, each, and I am getting a message 'no connection is possible because the target machine has actively refused it'

The second file is uploading and downloading at about the same speed, but the 'tracker status' is blinking between working and 'invalid URL', and the URL is blinking between 'http' and 'udp'

The 3rd file isnt doing anything, and the tracker status is blinking between 'invalid URLl'and 'no connection is possible because the target machine has actively refused it'

ok, so udp trackers arent supported. but what is causing the designation to change between 'udp' and http', and how can I fix it? Can I change the tracker for these files? If so, how do I do this?

Only if the new tracker is actually tracking the files.

All it's doing is cycling through the trackers when displaying.
