For further information about TOR, please refer to this link. You would need to tell the user that TOR must be installed (if not already) for the feature to work properly. I just feel like routing my μTorrent traffic through TOR would be safer. Download speeds may decrease if you use TOR services, however the benefit would be anonymity and security.
