syzygy54 Posted August 15, 2017 Report Share Posted August 15, 2017 I am running windows 7 home premium on this desktop, but i have the same issue on my laptop. uTorrent version 3.51 (43916). ISP AT&T. when I select to download a file(s), the popup window will sometimes connect to the torrent and sometimes not. It almost seems random. It is not dependent on the number of seeds nor is it linked to a certain torrent site. the loading circle continues to spin and sometimes it may load a torrent file after 15 - 20 minutes and sometimes never. Other times it loads the torrent immediately. I have noticed that if the pop up window doesn't register or list the files that hitting OK to accept the torrent is pointless.
