However, every time I go to download a torrent it always says 0 peers & 0 seeds. I've used my brothers computer and his is able to download the same torrents with no problems. Try using the tronTV thing to check if utorrent has internet access at all. Reset computer, modem, and router. Try a different torrent client. Use a torrent like this for testing purposes https://ubuntu.com/download/alternative-downloads, it's well seeded. Ensure your computer has the same settings as your brother's.
