A peer seems to be able to connect to peers I can't connect to.

Hello.

For some days I've been downloading a large torrent slowly because only one peer was seeding to me at a very slow speed (10kb/s average).

Today, a new peer appeared so my client started seeding him all of what I've downloaded so far, but I noticed that his download speed was much higher that what I was seeding to him, wich means he's downloading from peers I don't have. How could this happen? I'm pretty sure he uses the same trackers as me.

Unless you find more trackers to add to the torrent there not much anyone else here can do to help that. So you need to search and find more torrents and tracker that match that torrent to add more trackers to it.
