uTorrent Web silently crashes after closing

uTorrent Web gives silent crashes every time I close it from the system tray. This can be seen in the Reliability monitor of Windows. This issue has been present for a long time. I am using Windows 11 21H2 but it was also present on Windows 10.

Does anyone see this uTorrent Web crashes when looking at the Reliability monitor of Windows after closing it from the systray?

It's probably your closing from the wrong location that the problem is happening. Is there a reason why you can't just close with the "x" to close utorrent. Systray closing isn't something that it should be used for.

I always close it with the x first but it stays active in the background so I close it from the systray afterwards. How is there a "wrong" way to close an application if the option exists to close it completely?

Question: If you close it the way I do, do you see a crash in the windows reliability monitor as well?

So did you check your torrent settings to insure when you close with the "x" option that it closes torrent not minimize utorrent. I know there is a menu option for that to close when you use the "x" to close the progam.

There is no such option in uTorrent Web. Do you have uTorrent Web?

Then your posting to the wrong forum. There is utorrent web and that should be where you post the issue. This is for utorrent Windows not the web version.

My bad, I thought this is a general uTorrent Troubleshooting forum. Assuming you don't have uTorrent Web, I will ask in the dedicated forum then.
