nutsack
I'd like to seed a file to 2 different trackers at once. My problem is that the name of the same file in the different torrent for each tracker is different. Since this file is considerably big, do i have to make a renamed copy of the file itself so that i can seed it to the second tracker or is there another way, because it really is just a matter of the name of the same file being different in the torrents.Thank you in advance!EDIT: Just to clarify... i'm wanting to be a seeder of this file on both trackers and not to upload a new torrent
µtorrent-Guest
if the names are different then you can not seed the same content to both trackers because the filenames are part of the hashvalues. (BT has no concept of a single "file" and it's name in the torrent if you will)
Lord Alderaan
Yes, you have to make a copy and rename it to the filename of the other torrents content. Even then if even a byte of content mismatches you won't get the same hashvalue and it might not be able to seed it... Make sure to force a Hashcheck. There is no other way.
