btheory
I'm assuming this situation is easily fixed, here's my scenario:I've got port 10000 added to my exceptions list in windows firewall, and port 10000 set to accept incoming connections in uTorrent. I've got DHT enabled. I've got UPnP and Windows Firewall Exceptions enabled in uTorrent. My downloads automatically queue, and cant start unless forced. I'm not seeming to seed, and my DHT status is a red, saying "not connectable".This seems to have happened over night. I was downloading and seeding fine. then my utorrent started timing out everytime i left it on for longer than 1 hour. and now nothing works.any suggestions? DreadWingKnight
and my DHT status is a red, saying "not connectable".The light is not for DHT status, it's for reachability status. You are on an ISP known to filter BitTorrent traffic in such a way that it is unusable.http://bt.degreez.net/firewalled.html describes why you still transfer even though you're unreachable. What advanced settings have you changed?
