Fraggelrock Posted November 10, 2005 Report Share Posted November 10, 2005 I was watching my upload/download speed, and while I'm generally quite happy with my average download speed, I noticed it tends to fluctuate A LOT more than my upload speed (just based on the line graph thingy). D-link, Linksys, Netgear, whatever is fine. I would suggest a program called cfosspeed and a decent router. It is being discussed here: http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=1737.
