Tracker Loss

Hello, i have had this problem in the past and never been able to solve it so maybee you can help

i am downloading stuff on uTorrent and after about 2 hour all the trackers are lost and so are all my seeds and peers, so far the only way i can stop this is to exit uTorrent and then turn it on again.... any ideas
