Want to seed a renamed file; but how?

I downloaded a file and without thinking, renamed it. Then realized my error and corrected the name after seeing it would not seed via uTorrent. But, even though name is now back to how it was, it still shows 'Error' ... and won't seed.

Any suggestions on what I need to do to make it seedable?
