lonewolves Posted May 15, 2007 Report Share Posted May 15, 2007 i have ran check disk and scan disk and the utorrent folder in c:\documents and settings\user\application data\utorrent is fine but i have these files in that folder and they aredhtdht.dat.oldresumeresume.dat.oldsettingssettings.dat.olddo i need to delete any of these to get rid of this message that keeps on appearing when i'm running utorrent "c:\documents and settings\user\application data\utorrent is corrupt and unreadable please run check disk utility" why would this appear in a balloon in the first place if anyone has the answer i will be great-full Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Lord Alderaan Posted May 16, 2007 Report Share Posted May 16, 2007 Close utorrent.Rename the utorrent folder to utorrent_old (this will reset all utorrent settings and clean your torrent list).Start utorrent.Load a torrent see if it still gets the same error.
