normal?

for the last couple of days i've been u/d loading ~ 150/250kB/s. with this last torrent it's been u/d 150/30kB/s. my ratio is around 2.0.

i've read some things about some clients giving unfair info to trackers. is it the case here?

update:

after running all night my ratio is up to 3.0, my u/d is 150/40 kB/s. I've distributed a couple entire copies worth and am still at 60% of the file myself. i feel like i'm seeding for everyone.

is it normal to have those speed ratios so consistantly off?

Check the availability of the torrent. You could be getting from the only seed or seeds...and they're really slow. So you end up feeding ALL the other peers while waiting for the seed/s to give you any more.
