McoreD
Hi all, I keep getting this window every time I log on to Windows. There doesn't seem to have a CheckBox to untick "Don't show this message again" either. Have any of you got the same problem? If so would like to know how you fixed it. Thanks, McoreD

Ultima
Check msconfig... do you see more than one entry of µTorrent in the startup list?Edit: http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=25763Just realized this was reported before.
McoreD
Thanks Ultima. there are two entry's in the registry under runone as uTorrentand one as µTorrentand you have saidThat's probably why then. The devs made use of Unicode more consistently in 1.7, so the startup entry's name was also changed into the Unicode form µ instead of the simple u. Disabling the old one (utorrent) should be enough.and that's the reason. May be in the final version, some code can be added to delete the old uTorrent entry? Ultima
Dunno... feels like it would be simpler to tell the user to just go through the msconfig thing -- an extra Registry check in the software sounds... unclean (to me anyhow). I'm not sure what the devs think about that idea, though, so who knows, maybe they might add it.
