Coolio10
Well on the speed test. Not DSL reports but speedtest.net i got 3000-4100kb/s download and 200-300kb/s upload. But in the speed guide there is a huge difference between 2mb and 10mb. If i pick 2mb i am not getting the best out of my connection. If i pick 10mb i am getting too much and it may cut my internet out.I usually reach 120kb/s on my downloads on 2mb but i can go up faster on 10mb. 5618
The Speed Guide is based on upload speed so you should be using the xxx/384k settings, assuming your upload speed is really 440 kbit/s.
Coolio10
Oops, i based it on download speed. That makes sense.
Switeck
You can take the average of the values for xx/384k and xx/512k since your 440 kilobits/sec upload is roughly halfway between the 2.
