How do I set Fastest download to the top of my Screen

Hi

I am sure that this will be so obvious, but I can't for the life of me change it. Before I upgraded to the latest version my fastest downloads were at the top, now there at the bottom. also the Peers tab is acting similar ie all the active peers were at the top now they seem to be spread out all over. The program itself is working fine & this may seem a little petty but its doing my head in. can anyone help.
