Ultima
Not really, but applications normally don't block ports unless they're firewalls (or have firewall-like features); applications normally use ports. Why, anyway?
Pax3
It's just that I've forwarded my ports, and still I can't get them open.I've made some tests with a technician from my ISP provider and he told me that there was nothing wrong with my router, that there was some app blocking my ports. And the truth is I've tried other torrent clients that are suppose to deal with these kind of issues (eg. bitcomet) and still I couldn't get a good connection.I have windows firewall turned off, i use sygate (uninstalled it with no improvements) and I don't have any other security apps besides my kaspersky AV (which is simply an AV, not a security suite).I also have Tune Up Utilities installed, but I don't see any relation...Don't know what's messing with my ports!! Switeck
Try uninstalling kaspersky AV anyway to test. Your router should protect you for the short time you're testing...as while you're testing you probably won't be web surfing to random hostile sites on the internet. Pax3
Nope, it's not my AV!: /
Switeck
Kaspersky AV may be flagging µTorrent as a virus/trojan...if it is, I'd be surprised if µTorrent has internet access at all.
slipstream
Is there any software that reveals wich programs are blocking ports?Yes, TCPView from Sysinternals/Microsofthttp://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/Utilities/TcpView.mspxHowever indeed as Ultima mentioned it would only find which app *uses* port.
