Still downloading after 100% complete - how do I stop downloading

I have completed downloading on a few files I wanted from a torrent, not all the files, but utorrent is STILL downloading - about 1 kB/s. I don't have great bandwidth, but I want to still seed. How do I force utorrent to just seed and not download on a torrent?

Utorrent seems to be getting the first and last part of the files I did not download of the torrent. I do not want the wasted downloading to count toward my download/upload ratio/
