Access Denied

Hi guys

I've been downloading here for a while but since upgrading to vista i've been getting access denied errors after a few seconds of downloading.

I've been through the guides and think i've tried everything suggested including:

disabling AVG

fixing IP Address

disabling indexer

Enabling protocol encryption

Setting speeds

my port says open and receiving connections when i test it

What else can i try

I'm using vista, utorrent 1.7.2. My connection is through sky.com and my router was provided by them (Netgear DG834GT).

Would be extremely grateful for any ideas, Thanks.

Do you have roxio installed?

If so, have you tried uninstalling it?

Could you post a process explorer process list please?

Where are you trying to save your files?

Have you tried saving to other locations?

Ok tried that and still having trouble.

When i start downloading there is a hazard triangle at the bottom of utorrent saying that there are no incoming connections. This turns to a green tick after a minute or so and then the access denied appears.

The access denied has to do with the files either being locked by another program or the permissions on the folder being incorrect for the access you're trying to do on the files.
