other cant connect while dl

hi. when i dl at utorrent, noone ells can connect the internet.

Its pretty anoying, so i had to stop dl and delete it.

Is there a way, i can do so other still can connect? Or is it just utorrent there does it?

i read a topic about it could be a d-link router there did it, and I have a D-Link.

The router isn't conected to my pc, and I and her there cant connect use a laptop.

Please help, cuz limewire doesn't work either, because stupid mcafee
