Error torrent being used by another process :S

Hey guys, i was a frequent user of utorrent with my old laptop so when i bought a new 1 i started using it again. However, i keep getting an error message a few minutes into downloading stating that the torrent is being "used by another process" and stops downloading.

I went onto the FAQ section of the utorrent website and took the recommeded actions but the error message still occurs.

I would be grateful for any help, thanks.

This is what it produced but an error message appeared saying that my system denied write access to the Hosts file.

Nero's media manager is one of many things that can be causing the issue.

Try disabling it.
