raddfood Posted December 15, 2007 Report Share Posted December 15, 2007 After enabling the scheduler in uTorrent and setting the download rate to 70kB/s, my download speed drops to 30kB/s. Any number I input above 30kB/s causes my speed to drop to 30kB/s. I can enter any number less than 30kB/s and uTorrent will then download at the specified speed. Any suggestions??? jewelisheaven Posted December 15, 2007 Report Share Posted December 15, 2007 Are you setting your upload under the minimum allowed?If it stays @ 30 you are probably seeing "Download limited" in the lower-left of the taskbar in the uT main window.Raise upload limits to remove the message.
