How to re seed

I downloaded a torrent from a site ok. I then seeded it for a month after that I removed it from my list of torrents (right click "Remove") in the main window.

I have now been contacted and asked to reseed the the torrent. How do I do this without reloading it to the site as a new torrent. I presume I just need to get it back into the main torrent window... but how?
