It includes features borne out of collaboration between Azureus and uTorrent developers.If you already have an install, go through the steps mentioned in the FAQ for self-contained uT usage. (put the alpha EXE in its own folder make a new blank file called settings.dat and then try out a public torrent on your crippled line) The 1.8 development page can be found here.
