bluesguyjon Posted January 21, 2008 Report Share Posted January 21, 2008 title basically says it, this has only recently started happening. virus scanning doesn't find anything, but that really isn't the issue because it happens when i open ANY folder that the file(s) is in.when i cut and paste the file from it's original folder into another new folder, the problem stops. however, when i try to open the file, explorer freezes again and auto-shuts off.
