jewelisheaven
TRIPLE POSTING is rude. One thread is enough. Additionally if you see nothing after searching, maybe making your own thread is a better idea than resurrecting old ones.Have you gone through the How-To? After upgrades you need to re-allow uT in your security software. What internet filtering/bandwidth management/internet security/software firewall do you use? Additionally my post lists a thorough step by step in verifying settings.

jewelisheaven
DHT requires UDP forwarding. Did you forward both TCP and UDP?
