Why is my download so much slower than my upload right now my downspeed is 10kB/s while my upspeed is 50kB/s and this always happens with my other files

You should set your upload rate to 80% of its maximum.

Uploading too much will slow your download speed.

Uploading too little will also slow your download speed, unless there is plenty of bandwidth for ALL in the swarm.

But the bittorrent community is all about sharing so just stick to uploading at 80% of your max to keep things simple.

Okay you just completely edited your question, but still what i pointed out may help. What is your maximum upload speed? Set Utorrent to upload at 80% of your maximum upload speed?
