cherami Posted February 14, 2008 Report Share Posted February 14, 2008 I downloaded a file and discovered that it needed a codec to run so I duly went to the site suggested which turned out to be a porn site with the codec free if one registered.I went away from the site when my computer had a fatel error, may have been caused by the site maybe not. But the outcome when my computer stopped was that all my downloading files from Utorrent had dissapeared completley. I do have the parts of the files in my download directory how do I reinstate them so that I can continue to download them and seed my remaining completed files? cherami Posted February 14, 2008 Author Report Share Posted February 14, 2008 I will do that also but whilst I was awaiting an answer to my problem I did a search for *.torrent when I found them I clicked on them and up came the torrents etc they then went back to thier original state.
