slinthom
This is not too smart of me. In my last computer housekeeping I thoughtlesly deleted all my recent uTorrent downloaded tv shows from my uTorrent downloads folder as I do with a lot of old or unwanted stuff I download from newsgroups, etc. Of course theres nothing left for uTorrent to seed. Obviously I need to keep my ratio up. So I restored the shows from the Recycle Bin, and they are back in the uTorrent download folder, but how do I get uTorrent to list them for seeding again? Please. Thanks, Slin
jewelisheaven
What is the error in the uT GUI? As long as you didn't remove them, you can just start them up again. If they're not in the correct location as before you will see 0% downloading as status... in that case you will have to stop, right click , advanced, set download location to the correct place. slinthom
It was the starting up again I was not getting right. I was "Adding Torrent" in uTorrent, as its new to me using torrents (used to using newsgroups). I was trying to add the actual .avi file, go ahead and laugh. I now re-read the Help stuff in uTorrent and finally realise I had to add the actual Torrent file I saved first and used to download the show originally. Like I said the deleted show was restored to the folder and now I figured it out I see uTorrent now lists the show/s and are Seeding.I spent two days working this out! Thanks all the same.
